Suzuki Australia uses its contracted freight provider deliveries Australia wide.

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria.

Suzuki Australia does not ship outside Australia.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). All prices of items listed are in Australia Dollars.

If you purchase any goods or services which are offered on this website, the following applies to online payments and refunds;

  • All payment transactions are conducted through Westpac Bank Payment Gateway.
  • The instructions in the offer of the goods or services will lead you to the gateway.
  • Currently the gateway accepts payments by credit card or debit card.
  • The gateway retains all confidential financial information (such as card details) in a secure environment subject to the terms and conditions of Westpac Bank, and the gateway only provides to Suzuki Australia the fact of payment and the identity of the person who had paid.
  • Any refund which has to be made will be made through the gateway as a credit to the card from which the original payment was made.

Refund & Exchange Policy

  • You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown or do not do what they are supposed to.
  • We do not refund on discounted stock or sale stock under any circumstances. We will happily exchange discounted or sale stock for size or colour only.

 

Refunds

  • Suzuki is committed to customer satisfaction and refunds will be made should any item of merchandise not meet your expectations - as outlined above. Any claim for a refund, as distinct from an exchange, should follow the guidelines outlined above.
  • Refunds are only acceptable within 14 days of purchase with Proof of purchase to be shown.
  • All products must be returned in a saleable condition as soon as possible following purchase.
  • Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs.
  • All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing for refund.
  • The purchaser may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product or to improve our quality processes.

Exchange

Should another product be required in place of that ordered and received, an exchange for a product of similar value will occur. Any differential in price will be handled via an adjustment using the customer's credit card details. Exchange can only be accepted within 14 days of purchase with Proof of purchase to be shown.
